Milan, November 3 2014 – Under the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of June 30 and in implementation of the notice published on October 27, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 28 and October 31 2014 it bought back 570,000 of its own shares at an average price of € 0.7933, for a total amount of approximately € 452,199.00.
Following the buyback transactions carried out so far, CIR S.p.A. is now holding a total of 49,273,842 of its own shares, equal to approximately 6.203% of its share capital.
