Milan, December 12 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 5 and 9 it bought back 73,771 own shares at an average price of € 0.9634, for a total amount of € 71,069.73. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 128,289,477 own shares, equal to 16.1514% of its share capital.
