Milan, July 3 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between June 26 and 30 it bought back 185,071 own shares at an average price of € 1.2840, for a total amount of € 237,636.28. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 134,641,622 own shares, equal to 16.9511% of its share capital.
