Milan, July 10 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between July 3 and 7 it bought back 134,582 own shares at an average price of € 1.2413, for a total amount of € 167,053.08.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 134,776,204 own shares, equal to 16.9681% of its share capital.
