Milan, September 18 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between September 11 and 15 it bought back 154,296 own shares at an average price of € 1.2690, for a total amount of € 195,795.79.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 135,954,621 own shares, equal to 17.1164% of its share capital.
