Milan, October 9 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 2 and 6 it bought back 183,186 own shares at an average price of € 1.2977, for a total amount of € 237,712.93.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 136,537,091 own shares, equal to 17.1898% of its share capital.
