Milan, October 16 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 9 and 13 it bought back 82,309 own shares at an average price of € 1.2714, for a total amount of € 104,648.52. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 136,619,400 own shares, equal to 17.2001% of its share capital.
