Milan, January 14 2019 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 7 and 11 it bought back 345,158 own shares at an average price of € 0.9492, for a total amount of € 327,637.48.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 150,713,039 own shares, equal to 18.9745% of its share capital.
