Milan, August 17 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between August 10 and 14 2015 it bought back 899,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9245, for a total amount of € 831,084.70. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 88,817,025 own shares, equal to 11.1819% of its share capital.
