Milan, November 6 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 30 and November 3 it bought back 162,757 own shares at an average price of € 1.2568, for a total amount of € 204,545.18.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 137,041,476 own shares, equal to 17.2533% of its share capital, net of the shares exercised under the stock grant plans in the period.
