Milan, December 4 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 27 and December 1 it bought back 154,123 own shares at an average price of € 1.1403, for a total amount of € 175,746.40. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 137,836,750 own shares, equal to 17.3534% of its share capital.
