Milan, November 19 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 12 and 16 it bought back 163,750 own shares at an average price of € 0.9293, for a total amount of € 152,178.55. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 148,968,434 own shares, equal to 18.7549% of its share capital.
