Milan, January 29 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 22 and 26 it bought back 91,598 own shares at an average price of € 1.2195, for a total amount of € 111,701.88. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 138,600,628 own shares, equal to 17.4496% of its share capital.
