Milan, January 22 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 15 and 19 it bought back 73,541 own shares at an average price of € 1.1910, for a total amount of € 87,584.32.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 138,509,030 own shares, equal to 17.4380% of its share capital.
