Milan, January 15 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 8 and 12 it bought back 135,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.2217, for a total amount of € 164,923.20.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 138,435,489 own shares, equal to 17.4288% of its share capital.
