Milan, February 19 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 12 and 16 it bought back 246,312 own shares at an average price of € 1.0918, for a total amount of € 268,925.23.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 139,411,100 own shares, equal to 17.5516% of its share capital.
