Milan, November 13 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 6 and 10 it bought back 186,537 own shares at an average price of € 1.2224, for a total amount of € 228,026.67.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 137,228,013 own shares, equal to 17.2768% of its share capital.
