Milan, December 10 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 3 and 7 it bought back 248,749 own shares at an average price of € 0.9264, for a total amount of € 230,429.94.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 149,646,692 own shares, equal to 18.8403% of its share capital.
