Milan, November 28 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 21 and 25 it bought back 78,719 own shares at an average price of € 0.9379, for a total amount of € 73,828.06. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 128,166,704 own shares, equal to 16.1360% of its share capital.
