Milan, October 8 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 1 and 5 it bought back 187,498 own shares at an average price of € 0.9717, for a total amount of € 182,189.96.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 147,650,566 own shares, equal to 18.5889% of its share capital.
