Milan, October 15 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 8 and 12 it bought back 420,380 own shares at an average price of € 0.9441, for a total amount of € 396,881.53.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 148,070,946 own shares, equal to 18.6419% of its share capital.
