Milan, February 26 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 19 and 23 it bought back 168,845 own shares at an average price of € 1.1126, for a total amount of € 187,852.86. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 139,579,945 own shares, equal to 17.5729% of its share capital.
