Milan, March 12 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 5 and 9 it bought back 235,135 own shares at an average price of € 1.0931, for a total amount of € 257,021.39.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 140,154,035 own shares, equal to 17.6451% of its share capital.
