Milan, March 19 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 12 and 16 it bought back 346,365 own shares at an average price of € 1.1568, for a total amount of € 400,668.41.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 140,500,400 own shares, equal to 17.6888% of its share capital.
