Milan, August 7 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between July 31 and August 4 it bought back 153,435 own shares at an average price of € 1.2968, for a total amount of € 198,981.67.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 135,360,458 own shares, equal to 17.0416% of its share capital.
