Milan, August 14 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between August 7 and 11 it bought back 147,376 own shares at an average price of € 1.2751, for a total amount of € 187,923.47.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 135,507,834 own shares, equal to 17.0602% of its share capital.
