Milan, February 4 2019 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 28 and February 1 it bought back 318,366 own shares at an average price of € 1.0111, for a total amount of € 321,887.04. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 151,862,014 own shares, equal to 19.1192% of its share capital, net of the shares exercised under the stock grant plans in the period.
