Milan, March 6 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 27 and March 3 it bought back 445,721 own shares at an average price of € 1.2573, for a total amount of € 560,400.20.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 130,150,790 own shares, equal to 16.3858% of its share capital.
