Milan, September 4 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between August 28 and September 1 it bought back 116,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.2474, for a total amount of € 144,698.20.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 135,721,325 own shares, equal to 17.0871% of its share capital.
