Milan, December 18 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 11 and 15 it bought back 128,700 own shares at an average price of € 1.1563, for a total amount of € 148,810.23.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 138,103,259 own shares, equal to 17.3870% of its share capital.
