Milan, October 10 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 3 and 7 it bought back 59,985 own shares at an average price of € 0.9263, for a total amount of € 55,564.10.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 127,580,190 own shares, equal to 16.0621 of its share capital.
