Milan, March 27 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 20 and 24 it bought back 571,704 own shares at an average price of € 1.3316, for a total amount of € 761,286.82.
CIR S.p.A. today holds a total of 130,716,078 of its own shares, equal to 16.4569% of its share capital, net of the shares exercised under the stock grant plans in the period.
