Milan, March 14 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 7 and 11 it bought back 927,392 own shares at an average price of € 0.8809, for a total amount of € 816,911.62. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 117,037,083 own shares, equal to 14.7348% of its share capital.
