Milan, April 10 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 3 and 7 it bought back 335,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.4611, for a total amount of € 489,454.20.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 131,580,890 own shares, equal to 16.5658% of its share capital.
