Milan, October 24 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 17 and 21 it bought back 117,511 own shares at an average price of € 0.9725, for a total amount of € 114,282.88. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 127,763,246 own shares, equal to 16.0852% of its share capital.
