Milan, November 5 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 29 and November 2 it bought back 250,677 own shares at an average price of € 0.9446, for a total amount of € 236,795.74.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 148,724,176 own shares, equal to 18.7241% of its share capital, net of the shares exercised under the stock grant plans in the period.
