Milan, July 17 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between July 10 and 14 it bought back 159,610 own shares at an average price of € 1.2753, for a total amount of € 203,549.27. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 134,935,814 own shares, equal to 16.9882% of its share capital.
