Milan, July 24 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between July 17 and 21 it bought back 112,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.2517, for a total amount of € 140,189.00.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 135,047,814 own shares, equal to 17.0023% of its share capital.
