Milan, July 31 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between July 24 and 28 it bought back 159,209 own shares at an average price of € 1.2576, for a total amount of € 200,219.19. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 135,207,023 own shares, equal to 17.0223% of its share capital.
