Milan, April 28 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 24 and 28 it bought back 257,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.4875, for a total amount of € 382,295.40.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 132,233,615 own shares, equal to 16.6480% of its share capital.
