Milan, May 8 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between May 2 and 5 it bought back 254,873 own shares at an average price of € 1.4917, for a total amount of € 380,192.89. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 132,394,113 own shares, equal to 16.6682% of its share capital, net of the shares exercised under the stock grant plans in the period.
