Milan, July 13 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between July 6 and July 10 2015 it bought back 1,075,238 own shares at an average price of € 0.8886, for a total amount of € 955,505.75.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 84,046,318 own shares, equal to 10.5813% of its share capital.
