Milan, December 17 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 10 and 14 it bought back 213,824 own shares at an average price of € 0.9164, for a total amount of € 195,941.47. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 149,860,516 own shares, equal to 18.8672% of its share capital.
