Milan, June 19 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between June 12 and 16 it bought back 187,213 own shares at an average price of € 1.3197, for a total amount of € 247,073.36.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 134,288,162 own shares, equal to 16.9066% of its share capital.
