Milan, September 10 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between September 3 and 7 it bought back 129,690 own shares at an average price of € 0.9953, for a total amount of € 129,076.30. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 147,019,899 own shares, equal to 18.5095% of its share capital.
