Milan, June 12 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between June 5 and 9 it bought back 365,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.3205, for a total amount of € 481,990.20. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 134,100,949 own shares, equal to 16.8831% of its share capital.
