Milan, April 30 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 23 and 27 it bought back 174,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.1000, for a total amount of € 191,399.00.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 141,769,035 own shares, equal to 17.8485% of its share capital.
