Milan, May 7 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 30 and May 4 it bought back 208,670 own shares at an average price of € 1.0844, for a total amount of € 226,280.31.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 141,913,836 own shares, equal to 17.8667% of its share capital, net of the shares exercised under the stock grant plans in the period.
