Milan, February 20 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 13 and 17 it bought back 213,818 own shares at an average price of € 1.1209, for a total amount of € 239,659.05. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 129,477,069 own shares, equal to 16.3009% of its share capital.
