Incentive plans

The Shareholders’ Meeting of CIR on April 28, 2025 approved the 2025 stock grant plan for executives and/or directors of the company and its subsidiaries, for a maximum of 3,200,000 conditional rights, each of which will entitle the beneficiaries to receive one CIR share free of charge.

The plan aims to align management’s interests with the group’s and shareholders’ value creation goals over a medium-long term horizon, to encourage commitment to achieving common group objectives, and to foster the retention of those holding “key” positions within the group.
